| Description |
Responsible for assisting licensed real estate brokers with required applications and renewals. Responsible for gathering and compiling information as requested for broker compliance related matters. Maintain broker database to monitor all broker licensing and expirations. Develop and produce reports containing broker compliance requirements to be utilized by appropriate personnel at the Company. Notify responsible parties of non-compliance. Provide Broker Compliance training as requested. Responsible for communicating to appropriate personnel the importance of compliance with respect to real estate commission rules, regulations and applicable statutes in each of the states in which the company operates. Develop, implement and maintain a contract administration system for all corporate agreements including Property Management Agreements. Assist Legal Department with special projects as needed. Participate in Company-provided training. Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws. Perform other tasks as directed by any person authorized to give such instructions or assignments.
